Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.

The refund shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request. payment will be refunded by Cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of ticket. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.

To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you’ll need to make a separate booking using a child fare no refund is provided in such cases.

There will be no refund for ‘no-shows’ or any partially unused flights
