Important Information about Kerala Houseboat services.

• Check-in time at Houseboat is 12.00 hrs. & Check-out time is 09.00 hrs.
• Houseboat will be stationed at one place from 6:00 pm to 8:00 am next day due to Govt. restrictions.
• Houseboats are accompanied by navigator, cook and a helper.
• In Deluxe category Houseboat, A/C will be operational from 9.00 pm to 6.00 am next day.
• In Premium Houseboat, A/C will be operational as per guest request anytime.
• No two houseboats are of same size and quality. The interiors of two houseboats also vary.
• Houseboats are for exclusive use and not shared by other guest unless specified.
• Guest are requested to carry mosquito and insect repellents since at night the boat are anchored along the waterway.
• Always keep the door of the bedroom and washroom closed to avoid mosquitoes and insects 
• Choices of food are limited and mostly South Indian food   are served.
• Quality of houseboat cannot be compared with that of hotels, where the guest were staying previously.
• Houseboat rooms are small in size and have basic amenities.
• Meal (Veg/Non . veg/ jain food )and Special menu ,if any , should be informed, during the stay
• Soft drinks and other beverages will be charged extra.
• Hot water facility is not available at  houseboat  

Payment: Minimum 50% of the package cost along with confirmation; balance on or before the arrival date or as per the cutoff date given by the respective hotels, whichever is earlier.

Cancellation Policy:

60 – Above : 100% Refund

50 – 60  : Days prior to stay – 80 % refund / Adjust with next booking

40 – 50  : Days prior to stay -50% refund / Adjust with next booking

20 – 40  : Days prior to stay -25% refund / Adjust with next booking

10 – 20  : Days prior to stay -10% refund / Adjust with next booking

0 – 10  : Days prior to stay -100% Retention Charges

Special note : 100 % Retention charges applicable for high peak time bookings. ( 20 Oct 2022– 10 Nov 2022) ( 15 Dec 2022 – 10 Jan 2023)

 Note :-  As per the government policy, please carry any photo identity proof of the guest for  security reasons and smooth check in. Also note that if the guest is nonresidential Indian or of foreign origin, please carry the passport (must).

Important Notes:

• The above package is only an offer and not a confirmation. We shall proceed with the booking only after we receive confirmation your end.
• In case of non-availability of rooms at the hotels mentioned, we shall provide you alternate hotels of similar category.
• Check-in time at the hotel is 14.00 hrs.
• Check-out time is 12.00hrs
• Booking confirmation is subject to availability. 
• The above rates are valid for the mentioned period only
• Non A/c rooms Are only provided in Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty, Kodai & Coorg  as these are hill stations and temperature will be Less 
• In Hill station & Forest station room & vehicle will not be air conditioned.
• Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night and Late checkout are available on request and subject to Availability.
• Any change in the Property / Room category or transfers after confirmation will be extra payable
• Any of the service which is not used after confirmation will not be refundable.
