Coorg, officially known as Kodagu, is the most affluent hill station in Karnataka. It is well known for its breathtakingly exotic scenery and lush greenery.

Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions:

  • Minimum duration of stay is 2 nights. Extra nights are chargeable on pro rata basis.
  • Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 12 noon.
  • Confirmation of reservation is subject to availability at the time of making 100% advance payment.
  • Swimming pool can be accessed in appropriate swimming costume from 7 am to 6 pm.
  • A self-declaration form is must to be filled.
  • Original government validated identity proof with photo for all the guests travelling to the resort is required at the time of check-in.
  • Charge for an extra adult is INR 10,000 including GST (with all the inclusions) and for a kid below 12 years (6 to 12 years) is INR 6,000 including GST (with all the inclusions) per night.

Cancellation policy:

Confirmed bookings may be cancelled if intimation in writing reaches the resort as per the following terms:

  • Before 3 pm, 14 days prior to check-in – No cancellation charges.
  • No show, early check out or cancellation after 3 pm, 14 days prior to check-in – Cancellation charges equal to 100% of the full booking amount will be applicable.
