Important Notes:

• Travel requirements continue to change from time to time,.
• Take a COVID-19 RT-PCR test within two (2) days before departing to Malaysia.
• Install the My Sejahtera app and complete the health declaration at least 1 day before departing to Malaysia.
• No quarantine required for Fully vaccinated clients (2 Dose), and 5 days quarantine required for unvaccinated/partially vaccinated (1 Dose)
• All travellers aged 7 years old and above must undertake a professional rapid antigen test (RTK-Ag) within 24 hours of arrival at any private health facility. This must not be confuse self-administered RTK-Ag test.
• Travellers who failed to undertake the on-arrival test within 24 hours of arrival will be issued with a Digital Home Surveillance Order (HSO) until the test is taken.

Terms and conditions

• Rates contracted are valid from 01 APRIL 2022 until 30 JUN 2022. Nett in US Dollar (USD), Non-Commissionable and includes Sales & Services Tax.
• Package rates are based on Private and are based on PER PERSON PER PACKAGE basis.
• Tours depart daily with minimum of 2 persons.
• Kindly revert with rooming/name list 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• Rates are only applicable for group with minimum 02 full paying Adults.
• Midnight surcharge will be applicable for arrival & departure transfer from 2200hrs-0700hrs. Departure transfer will be scheduled 3 hours prior to departure flight.
• Child rates are applicable for children age 02 – 11 years (inclusive).
• Confirmation; all arrangements (room, transfers & tours) are subject to availability and a written confirmation will be given.
• Airport transfer “Waiting time”:
  Arrival Flights – Maximum 60 minutes (1-hour from ETA).
  Departure Flights – Maximum 15 minutes from pick-up time advised.
• No Show/Cancellation:
  No Show/Cancellation: 100% of package rates on confirmed number of persons.
• Notice of cancellation or amendment must be made in writing. No refunds can be made after a tour has commenced or in respect of any tours or transfers or any other services not utilised. Refunds will be made within two weeks of the date the cancellation received. If JTB Malaysia cancels the tour as a result of force majeure (e.g. storms, floods, acts of God, trade dispute, hostilities, government acts of regulations, failure of sub-contractors to perform etc), then JTB Malaysia shall be entitled without liability to cancel the whole or any part of the tour affected. If such circumstances arise before departure, JTB Malaysia shall endeavour to make reasonable alternative arrangements for clients but no later than the day of departure of tour. In the unlikely event that the tour is cancelled by JTB Malaysia prior to departure, all monies will be refunded and
  JTB Malaysia will be under no liability for damage or compensation to any tour member.
• Rates are subject to REVIEW in the event of the following;
  Fuel price increase by 10% or more; a 14-day notice will be given prior to revision of contract.
  Any other statutory taxes being imposed by the Malaysian Government.
• It is the responsibility of agents to provide accurate details (pick-up/drop-off points, flight details, times etc) for all transfers. Should details given are incorrect Japan Travel Bureau (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right not to proceed with arrangements or services requested.
