Documents required for South Africa Visa

The requirements to apply for South Africa Visa are as follows:

01.  Original passport valid for 06 month after arrival in India. Hand written passport and any observation remark on passport is not acceptable. Passport must have 2 blank pages for visa stamping.

02.  Visa form sign by the applicant by black pen

03.  Three photos as per specification 80% face, white background, matt finish, 35×45 mm size

04.  Covering letter from applicant individually

05.  Hotel reservation as per stay with all applicant name

06.  Return confirm tickets

07.  Two profession proof:

If Employed: Last 06 month salary slip with company stamp and leave letter on company letter head with sign and stamp by the current employer

If Self Employed: Business registration and covering letter on company letter head

08.  Two Financial proof

If Employed: Last 06 month updated bank statement till date with sufficient balance should be sign and stamp by the bank on each and every page (Required original Indian bank statement with stamp and signature and NO Passbook, NO e-statements, NO Net banking copies will be accepted) and Balance certificate on bank letter head with sign and stamp by the branch manager

If Self Employed: Last 06 month updated bank statement till date with sufficient balance should be sign and stamp by the bank on each and every page personal as well as current account (Required original Indian bank statement with stamp and signature and NO Passbook, NO e-statements, NO Net banking copies will be accepted) and Balance certificate on bank letter head with sign and stamp by the branch manager

09.  Vaccine certificate

1. If Employed:

  • Original Leave sanctioned certificate with company seal and signature;
  • Last 3 months salary slip.

2. If Self Employed:

  • Business Registration License / MOA / Partnership deed;
  • Company’s updated bank statement of last 6 months;
  • Company’s IT returns for last 3 years.

3. If Retired:

  • Proof of retirement like pension book, statement etc.

4. If Student

  • School / College / Institute ID Card;
  • Bonafide certificate.

5. If Minor

  • Birth Certificate;
  • No Objection Certificate from the parents / non-accompanying parent on Rs 100/- stamp paper;
  • ID proof of parent like passport or PAN card.

6. If Visiting friend or relative

  • Invitation letter;
  • Inviter’s ID proof like Passport or Resident Permit;
  • Address proof like any Electricity bill, any Utility bill etc.

7. If Sponsored

  • Sponsorship letter;
  • Sponsor’s national ID proof like Passport, PAN card or Resident permit;
  • Updated bank statement of last 6 months;
  • Income tax returns of last 3 years.

8. For Business Visa

  • Invitation letter from host Company stating purpose of trip, business details etc;
  • Covering letter from Indian company on company letterhead.
