One of the popular events that is organized in Gujarat and is a major crowd puller from across the country and the world is the Rann Utsav. This is regarded as a celebration of life, culture, and the festivities of Kutch. The entire event is spread across 4 months which sees a riot of colours spread over the barren lands. The entire event offers an experience of diverse traditions as well as the taste of generous hospitality of the people from Kutch. The beautiful White Desert welcomes one and all and the sight of a full moon night during the entire period can be breathtaking.

The entire Rann Utsav also offers host of other activities to indulge in which expands across Camel Rides, Bird Watching, Pool Table, Paramotoring, Giant Chess, Archery, etc. The entire event will definitely be worth an experience of a lifetime.

Note: The above timings are for fixed departures and subject to change. No Complimentary transfers will be available after the above timings. Individual transfers are available on request (chargeable). Allotment of tents to guests arriving before check-in time will be subject to availability. The distance from Bhuj to Rann Utsav – The Tent City, Dhordo is approx. 85 km, which takes about 1 hr 45 minutes.

12:30 PM to 02:30 PM Enjoy delicious lunch at the respective Dining Area.

02:30 PM to 04:00 PM Indulge yourself in the exciting range of activities we offer in-house.

04:00 PM to 05:00 PM High Tea

05:00 PM to 05:30 PM Visit to The White Rann to witness the grandeur of the sunset. The mode of transfer will be through bus/ camel cart/ both.

07:00 PM to 07:30 PM Return to Rann Utsav – The Tent City, Dhordo

07:30 PM to 10:00 PM Enjoy scrumptious dinner at the respective Dining Area

09:00 PM to 10:30 PM Enjoy the Culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities at the Cultural Activity Area

DAY 2 : Departure and Tour of Smritivan Earthquake Museum, Bhuj

06:30 AM to 07:30 AM Experience a rejuvenating yoga session in our dedicated activity area

11:30 AM to 2:00 PM Complimentary sightseeing to Smritivan Bhuj (Earthquake Museum) For 2 hrs. (approx.)

Smritivan Earthquake Museum, Bhuj: The Smritivan Earthquake Museum, Bhuj is situated on the Bhujiyo Dungar. It was constructed in remembrance of the victims of the devastating 2001 Gujarat earthquake. The Sun-point at the memorial is situated on top of Bhujiyo Dungar, providing a panoramic view of the city as well as breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset.

Inclusions

1 Night Package includes lunch, high tea and dinner on the 1st day and morning tea and breakfast on the 2nd day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in the respective Dining Areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on the 2nd day.

The 2 Nights Package includes lunch, high tea and dinner on the 1st day, morning tea, breakfast, lunch, refreshment and dinner on the 2nd day and morning tea and breakfast on the 3rd day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in the respective Dining Areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on the 3rd day.

Package are fixed and cannot be interchanged. Guests who have missed visit as per the itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis.

Accommodation in the tent is on a twin-sharing basis

Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation.
We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation, and we would require 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days prior to travel date
Rates may differ as per the travel dates.
In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation, the booking amount is not refundable.
Pick-up and drop-off facilities are available only from Bhuj Airport or Bhuj Railway Station by AC Coach as per scheduled timings.
The voucher issued in respect of the package for Rann Utsav-The Tent City is to be furnished compulsorily along with a government-approved, valid Photo ID Proof such as Aadhar card of each guest at the reception counter at the time of check-in; for foreign nationals, it is mandatory to furnish a valid passport and Visa. Pan card will not be accepted as a valid Photo ID.
In case of a delayed arrival of Train or Flight, the guest will be transferred to Rann Utsav-The Tent City, Dhordo in the next available transfer.
In case of late arrival at Rann Utsav-The Tent City, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.
In case of early arrival at Rann Utsav-The Tent City, guests may be required to wait at the waiting lounge or clubhouse till the availability of the tent.

Distance and Duration mentioned are in approx only.
No Refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. Guests carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, electronics/laptops, chargers or photographic equipment, antiques, artefacts, work of art, precious metals and other similar valuables at their own risk.
