All the below packages have been made based on our personal visit to all the sites. We have consciously refrained from including trips which just fill the itinerary and do not offer much value for the customer.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at Port Blair. Evening sound & light show at Cellular Jail. Overnight at Port Blair.

Arrival at Port Blair airport in morning and proceed for your transfer to the hotel. First half of the day is leisure. Later in the noon visit Cellular Jail followed by light and sound show. The Cellular Jail has a pride of place in India’s freedom struggle. Many a stalwart were imprisoned here. Declared a national memorial, this three storey prison constructed by Britishers in 1906, is a pilgrimage destination for freedom fighters. This colossal edifice has mutely witnessed the most treacherous of inhumane atrocities borne by the convicts, who were mostly freedom fighters. The day draws to a gentle close with the Sound and Light Show at the historic Cellular Jail which gives you a vivid experience of its strong association with the freedom fighters and their struggle for independence. Overnight stay at Port Blair.

Day 2: Port Blair -Havelock 

Early morning or afternoon departure by ferry ( As per ferry timing ) to Havelock island (54 kms by sea from Port Blair). It takes aprox 2 hrs to reach the island. Enjoy your afternoon at Beach number 7 on the western coast, better known as “The Radha Nagar beach”. Radhanagar Beach: Bestowed with the precious award of ‘Asia’s best beach’ by TIME Magazine, Radha Nagar Beach situated 12kms from Havelock’s ferry pier is undoubtedly one of the best beaches of Andaman Islands. Fine white sand, turquoise blue waters and a lot of peace and serenity are the hallmark of this beautiful landmass. The water at the beach is of exceptional quality as there is almost not turbidity and wave action. It is not a huge island to explore… Overnight at Havelock.

Day 3: Elephanta Island (Subject to Weather Condition)

After Breakfast Visit Elephanta Island by Small Boat . It will take 30 Minutes. The Elephant beach offers more than just amazing views and natural sceneries, you can take part in various water sports activities or relax or just laze around. Elephant Beach is one of the most distinctive beaches in the
Andaman Islands. This stunning beach is situated in Havelock Island and it is the most visited beach in the Andaman Archipelago. Once upon a time, there were elephants on the islands they were spotted roaming around on the shores of the beach that is how the beach got its name. There was an elephant
training camp close by back then but now there are no elephants that can be seen around the beach. Back to Havelock by Boat .Overnight Stay at Havelock.

Day 4: Havelock to Neil Island by Ferry

Kalapathar beach

Breakfast at resort .Transfer to Havelock Jetty to depart for Neil Island as per ship timing.. It will take 1.5 Hr . On arrival at Neil island transfer to the Hour Resort Check-in to the resort. Half day visit to Bharatpur Beach to enjoy blue crystal water Evening visit to Sun Set Point. Overnight at Resort.

Day 5: Neil to Portblair –( 1 HR 20 Minutes )

North Bay & Ross Island

Breakfast at resort. Check out from hotel at 9 am. Transfer from Neil to Portblair by morning or noon
ferry ( As per ferry Timing ).. Upon arrival Drop to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 6 : Ross Island & North Bay Coral Island Trip.

North Bay & Ross Island

After breakfast visit to Ross Island & North Bay Coral Island. (Closed Wednesday) Ross Island – is the
place from where the British governed the entire Andaman and Nicobar islands, prior to India’s
Independence. This island is an ideal destination for nature walks amidst sylvan surroundings with
deer’s, peacocks, exotic birds, etc. Later Move for North Bay. The North Bay Island also known as the
Coral Island is a beautiful beach island not far from Port Blair; it is surrounded by a wonderful beach
known for its underwater coral reserves and a variety of fishes which makes it an essence of natural
marine beauty and a perfect spot for underwater activities. Overnight Stay at Portblair.

Note- All Boat & Ferry Operation subject to weather condition.

Day 7: Morning after breakfast, you shall be dropped to the airport.

  • Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal. Therefore
    No Transport on the days of Leisure.
  • Any water sports and water activity charges
  • Refund/Rescheduling of any booking in any Hotel for any reason will be Governed by the
    Individual Hotel Cancellation Policy
  • Expenses occurred due to bad weather, flight or ferry cancellation, strike or political unrest to
    be paid by guest.
  • Camera fee for entering Islands/Monuments

Terms and Conditions

IMPORTANT NOTE, SUPPLEMENT ACTIVITY CHARGES, CANCELATION POLICY AND TERMS & CONDITIONS

Notes on above rates:

  1. GST as applicable (currently at 5%) will be charged additionally on the above rates.
  2. Infant charge:  Nil
  3. Vehicles: We will accommodate max 5 adults in a vehicle. If group exceeds 5 pax (not including infants/children below 5) we will provide additional vehicles as per group size.

Additional Points to Note:

  1. Above packages are quoted as net rates and do not include GST. 
  2. If the guests’ flight arrives in the evening there will be no sightseeing possible on Day 1 except Sound & Light Show at Cellular Jail
  3. All packages involving Port Blair- Havelock-Neil-Port Blair sector is costed based on Privately operated Ferry (Makruzz or equivalent) 
  4. All packages include transfers by AC Car
  5. The above rates are valid from 01-April-22 till 30-Sep-22.

Notes regarding closure of monuments and facilities which may be part of the itinerary

  1. City Tour including Cellular Jail, Anthropological Museum, Naval Museum, Fisheries Aquarium: Closed on Mondays & Public Holidays
  2. Chatham Sawmill: Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays
  3. North Bay, Ross Island, Viper Island: Closed on Wednesdays & Public Holidays and when Port Authorities deem sailing unsafe
  4. Elephant Beach: closed when Port Authorities deem sailing unsafe
  5. Baratang Island / Mud Volcano / Limestone Caves: Closed on Mondays & Public Holidays
  6. Jolly Buoy/Red Skin/MGMNP: Closed on Mondays & Public Holidays and when Port Authorities deem sailing unsafe
  7. Watersports Complex: Closed on Wednesdays & Public Holidays and when Port Authorities deem sailing unsafe

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

        Standard Package Cancellation Policy:

  1. 75% refunds for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.
  2. 50% refunds for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more.
  3. No refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance.
  4. All ferry tickets will be non-changeable and non-transferable.
  5. No refund for any ferry or weather disruptions before or on travel or for sightseeing.
  6. No refund in-case the flight has been rescheduled OR cancelled by the airline. 
  7. No refund for unused nights, early check-outs, missed meals or unused transport services if it occurs during travel.
  8. No refund or amendments for any services for travel commencing during high peak season dates 01-Dec till 20-Jan, both days inclusive.

       Covid Cancellation Policy: 

      Booking can be postponed to any future date if any of the guests have an ongoing COVID-19 related health issue, subject to receipt of adequate supporting documentation.

      Covid related flight cancellations OR disruptions– Credit note for the amount paid for the trip will be issued to be utilized for future travel. Anywhere between 70% to 90

*Please note in any given situation/scenario, which is enforced by the administration/govt, impacting the sightseeing OR package of the guest, there will no refund provided & option to travel on later date will be given* 

POINTS TO NOTE FOR MV MAKRUZZ / GREEN OCEAN FERRY / COASTAL CRUISE:

    • Kindly note that we do not guarantee the sailing of MV Makruzz / Green Ocean / Sea-Link and in case it does not sail due to bad weather or a technical snag we will not be held liable for the same. Our liability is only to value of the Makruzz / Green Ocean /Sea -Link ticket and if any loss or extra payment for extra services needs to done, Barefoot will not be liable for it.
  • Please note that the charges mentioned are only for the base category and in case the same is not available; we shall try and block the seats in next HIGHER category and the difference for the same has to be paid by guest. We offer to book only the base category in our package.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Hotels used in the itinerary and ferries have not been booked yet and will be subject to availability at the time of booking

Full names and ID proof will be required to initiate ferry bookings

  • Current Govt. regulations require all guests to present proof of identity at the time of check-in. This could be a passport (essential for all foreigners), Driving License, Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card or any other Identity card issued by the Government of India with address proof. Pan Card will not be accepted as Proof of Identity
  • Citizens of Afghanistan, China, Pakistan, foreign nationals of Pakistani origin, foreign diplomats, members of the United Nations, International organizations holding diplomatic/official passport and Journalist, Conference/Research Visa holders shall not be issued RAP without approval of Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, prior to entry into Andamans 
  • All trips, excursions and sailings are subject to clear-weather conditions and subject to operations
  • Twin bedded rooms are not available in Andaman. All rooms will be double and co-joined bedded
  • You may experience poor to worse mobile and wi-fi connectivity in Andaman Islands
  • Satellite phones are banned in India
  • Prices have been calculated with existing rate of input taxes and may change owing to change in tax structure. Any such hike in taxes shall be chargeable
  • Check-in and check-out timings will be as per respective hotels rules
  • Please read all the points, terms & conditions carefully, before confirming your trip.
  • There are only 02 ATMS on island & not necessary cash will be dispensed all the time & due to network issues card machines transactions are also not guaranteed, hence please carry sufficient cash during your travel

PERMIT REQUIRED FOR FOREIGN NATIONAL / NRI / OCI CARD HOLDER TO ENTER ANDAMAN: 

    • It is mandatory to have PASSPORT which is valid with 6 months duration prior to travel & valid VISA. 
    • As per recent notification issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, the RAP requirement for foreign nationals / PIO / OCI card holders (except for those from the countries mentioned separately below) has been relaxed. Such visitors will no longer require RAP to visit the 29 designated inhabited islands in Andaman & Nicobar. No RAP forms are required to be filled henceforth on arrival at Port Blair airport, but the Immigration Officials will continue to conduct check of the Passport and Visa of the visitor.
    • Citizens of Afghanistan, China and Pakistan, and persons with origins in these countries regardless of current citizenship, will however still require prior permission from MHA (Ministry of Home Affairs) to enter the islands, as will citizens of Myanmar who wish to visit Middle or North Andaman Islands. Visitors from the above-mentioned excluded countries of citizenship or ancestry who arrive in Andaman Islands without written permission from MHA will be deported back to mainland India.
    • The following 11 un-inhabited islands have been added to the existing 29 islands that can be visited without RAP. These are Ross, Brother, Sister, Jolly Buoy, Red Skin, North & South Cinque, Rutland, Huge Ross, John Lawrence, Henry Lawrence, and Inglis Island. 
    • Separate approvals of the competent authority would continue to be required for visiting Reserved Forests, Wildlife Sanctuaries, areas housing Defence personnel, Para-military and other protected areas in the island.
    • If any foreign national of above stated excluded categories (Nationals of or with origins in Afghanistan, China, Pakistan, Myanmar) arrives without obtaining prior approval at Port Blair would be sent back by the same flight by concerned airlines on instruction from Foreigners Regional Registration Office, Port Blair.
    • Only those Bangladeshi nationals who are serving/retired personnel of Military/semi-military, police/semi-police, security and/or intelligence organization are required to seek prior permission from MHA before visiting Andaman & Nicobar Islands
    • Kindly note this is a government related requirement, and we will not take any liability in case guest has to return from airport due to non-compliance of the government rules and regulations. Our normal cancellation policy will apply for all bookings
    • After deplaning, foreign guests should walk into the arrival hall, where the immigration counters are located (these counters are just ahead of arrival hall gate and before the baggage conveyers). The entry formalities can be completed here, and it is mandatory, not to be missed.
    • Barefoot representative will meet up with the guest outside the arrival hall of Port Blair airport with the Barefoot paging board.
  • Indian Passport Holders: Resident Indian nationals only require proof of identification such as Aadhaar Card, Drivers Licence etc. (passport is not mandatory) to visit the Andaman Islands. Please note that PAN Card is no longer an accepted identification card for registration formalities at hotels.
